1) Site Surveys / Wireless Design
Through the use of physical site survey testing and predictive analysis through wireless engineering software, AllCity Wireless evaluates either the original network design, or proposes a new one, and submits reports that identify a plan. Additionally the report includes a series of charts and maps of AP placement that displays the anticipated network performance characteristics.
2) Mobile Temporary WIFI and Wired Deployments
AllCity Wireless has the ability to deploy a temporary solution for any Venue. From Boat Shows, to Presidential Addresses, to the Daytona 500, AllCity Wireless has the expertise and equipment to make your event deployment successful.
3) Precertification Deployment staging and configuration
- Equipment sent to our site, stood up and configured and labeled.
- Thoroughly tested
- Sent back to installation site with "Precertification"
4) System Deployment Assessment
- Our tool is run during the equipment deployment to "assess" the state of the network as it's being constructed. This give the engineers a "checklist" of things to do, while providing managers a report card/progress meter of the installation.
- For added fee, our tool can be "deployed" onsite to run at intervals to look for changes/failures/network health.
5) Configuration / Installation
- Once the WiDirect is stood up on the network and we are provided remote access, we can remotely help configure the basic network components:
- AP database
- Radius/DHCP configuration files
- SSID settings and branding
- User access plan information
- WiDirect Client configuration (if purchased)

A hosted WiDirect core in our datacenter in combination with WiDirect "client" appliance(s) at customer site(s)
Provides maximum flexibility to client; Low monthly service pricing without per/user licensing cost and no CAPEX based on annual commitments.
8) Training
AllCity wireless can provide remote or onsite training. WiDirect customers, depending on the service contract purchased, remote training might be included with the initial package. Onsite training may be purchased separately and is available on a number of subjects. All customers can access the AllCity Wireless support page, which provides a knowledge base, FAQ, software updates, and support trouble tickets.
